How to get a sparkling smile

1) Brushing your tongue. Contrary to the rumours, this is useless, and even discouraged. Lightly
brushing the gums, however, is strongly advised. This helps prevent gum infections that could in the
long-term cause tooth loss.
2) Keeping the same brush for years. Instead of saving money, you should really be changing your
brush regularly, at least 4 times every year.
3) Putting it off until tomorrow. According to a study by the French Institute of Public Opinion, a third
of all French people only brush their teeth once a day! So just in case, here’s a reminder – you should
ideally brush your teeth three times a day, and each time for at least two minutes.
