An easy way to reduce your red meat intake is to reassess its role in your daily meals. Meat doesn’t always have to be the star element in order to make a delicious meal. Take, for example, couscous with grilled vegetables – a delicious summer dish!
Create variety in your eating habits by swapping out red meat for chicken, fish or eggs! Or try replacing meat altogether by another source of protein from time to time, such as lentils, peas or runner beans.
